This page says what The Content Room collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read.
What we collect
- What you type into the request form: your name, email, phone if you give it, business name, and your message. We use it to reply and to quote the job.
- Client records: if you hire us, we keep your contact details, the jobs we did, room bookings, invoices and whether they were paid, agreements you signed (with the name you typed, the time, and the internet address it came from), and messages on a job.
- Your photos and video: the work we make for you is stored so we can deliver it. Albums are private: only someone with your login or your album link can open one.
- Social and marketing numbers: if we manage or report on your accounts, we keep follower counts, post results, website and ad figures. These are about the accounts, not about the people who follow them.
- A login cookie: one cookie keeps you signed in. It holds a random code, not your details. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking from other companies on this site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not take card numbers. Card payments happen on Stripe's own page; we only learn that an invoice was paid.
- We do not show your work publicly unless you have said we may, in your agreement or to the desk. You can change your mind at any time.
Who else handles it
The site runs on Railway (hosting), and may use Stripe (card payments), Google Workspace (the emails we send you), Google Fonts (the typeface) and Zernio (publishing posts you have approved to your social accounts). Each one only receives what it needs to do that job.
People in photos, and children
This site is for businesses, bands and the adults who run them. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. When a shoot includes minors, a parent or guardian arranges it and approves how the images are used.
How long we keep things
Album links stay live for a set time after delivery, shown on the album. We keep job and invoice records for as long as tax and business rules require. Requests that never became a job are cleared out periodically.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except records we are required to keep such as paid invoices. Write to the desk at 818 SW 7th Ave, Amarillo TX. We answer within 30 days.

If what we collect changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
