These are the terms for using this website. The terms of any work we do for you are in the content agreement you sign for that job; where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
Accounts and private links
If we give you a login, keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. Album, invoice, approval, report and agreement links work without a login, so anyone you forward one to can open it. Treat them like a key.
Locked albums and payment
Finished work is delivered as an online album. Until the invoice for it is paid in full you see watermarked previews only, and those previews are not licensed for any use. Once it is paid, the full files unlock and your right to use them is the one set out in your agreement. Prices on the pricing page are what we charge today and can change; a quote or invoice we have sent you holds for the time it states.
Booking a room
A room request is a request. It is yours once the desk confirms it. You are responsible for the people you bring and for leaving the room as you found it.
Copyright
The photos, video, designs and words on this site belong to us or to the clients who let us show them. Do not copy them. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, write to the desk at 818 SW 7th Ave, Amarillo TX with what it is, where it is, and how to reach you, and we will take it down while we look into it.
What you agree not to do
- Try to open an album, invoice or account that is not yours, or get around a lock.
- Upload anything you do not have the right to use, anything unlawful, or anything sexual involving a minor. We report the last of these to law enforcement.
- Probe, overload or automate against the site without our written permission.
Numbers and results
Follower counts, views and other figures shown here come from the platforms or are entered by our team. We work to keep them right but do not promise they are free of error, and we never promise a particular result from marketing work.
The site itself
We provide the site as it is. We are not liable for losses from it being unavailable, from a platform changing its rules, or from anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits a right the law does not allow to be limited. Texas law governs these terms.
